About Us
OUR PHILOSOPHY

Cornerstone's philosophy is simple.  No business or person should pay any more in taxes than is required by law.  Put another way, render unto Cesar - but not a nickel more than you have to.  We keep that philosophy sharply in focus as we help our clients.

Cornerstone's goal is to help our clients to minimize their overall tax burden - within the boundaries of the law.  Our governments, whether federal, state or local, each has the authority to demand their pound of flesh.  Each is a sovereign entity with the power to tax its citizens and residents.  Cornerstone is not in the business of dispensing tax advice that is contrary to well established tax law, merely for the purpose of pleasing its clients.  If you are looking for a tax advisor to tell you that you are not obligated to pay tax on your income, we respectfully ask you to choose another advisor.

OUR MISSION

Cornerstone’s mission is to help businesses by designing and implementing proactive tax strategies that reduce the company’s overall tax burden or delay its tax liability. We provide both Federal
tax planning and return preparation services for small to mid-sized businesses. We can also assist business owners with their personal tax planning and tax return preparation. With prudent tax planning, Cornerstone can help your company cut its taxes.
